We quoted prices & lead time for product or tooling after collecting all required information from you. We can offer some free samples for your confirmed quality and approval. The custom logo & color sample would charge you, and it usually finishes around 7 to 14 days if there’s no accident. Tooling & sample lead time usually takes about 45 to 60 working days in the normal situation.

1. INQUIRY

Choose your interesting products first and send your detailed requirements to us, such as product image, color, logo, package, quantities, etc. Our sales support team will reply to you within 24 hours during Monday – Friday working hours.

2. NDA

NDA (NON-DISCLOSED AGREEMENT) When you want to develop a custom design for Household, gardening, and outdoor-related confidential information (such as drawing, design concepts), we sign NDA with you before we discuss any details.

3. QUOTATION & SAMPLE

We will quote product unit prices and product tooling costs(if necessary) for your review and approval. A free sample is available within 7 days, and the customized sample is available in 7 to 14 days.

4. PRODUCTION & INSPECTION

We start mass production after receiving the deposit payment, which usually takes 30-60 days lead time. Our quality department conducts in-process inspection and tests during mass production and has a final pre-shipment inspection for customer review.

5. FINAL PAYMENT & SHIPMENT

After receiving the final payment, we cooperate with your forwarder to book the shipment. Cargo will arrive at your warehouse around 7-10 days by air shipment 45 days by sea shipment.
